can get unlocked if u want it to be unlocked for an extra small charge (i just haven't bothered to do it)

brought phone in january but need the cash.

i have everything including box, charger and case

has a small little chip on bottom corner. screen has had a screen guard on it since i brought the phone

also has 22 months warranty left on the phone
