Looking to swap my Galaxy S III for a Galaxy Nexus. +

I have a brand new Galaxy S III in an excelent condition without any scratches with a matt screem protector as per the attached pictures, that I would like to swap for a Galaxy Nexus. I prefer the new Google operating system, 4.1 Jelly Bean, to 4.0 ICS. I also prefer the smaller screen 4,6 inches of the Nexus to the large 4.8 inches Galaxy S III screen. My phone is still with its box, receipt and under no contract. I will ONLY accept a Nexus in a VERY good condition, WITH a receipt but without scratches and NO contract. *(prefer white Nexus, but will concider black as well)
