BLACKBERRY 9300 - BLOCKED +

Here i have a blackberry 9300 3G unlocked to all networks for sale, everything works as it should, i put a sim card in and as seen in the picture it comes up with 3G and signal but wont call out. maybe blocked? The phone is sold as blocked even if it turns out it isnt. The phone has some signs of cosmetic wear ( few paint chippings) nothing major 8/10 This is for the phone only nothing else SO SELLING AS SPARES OR PARTS
