sony ericsson neo v on t-mob swap for iphone 3gs unlocked or t-mob ?

As the title says. Looking to swap my neon v android phone in good condition. Loads of apps on it as well as app planet for loads more, just prefer the iphone. Would prefer an official unlocked 3gs as want the gps. To still work or a branded t-mob one.
